I always wanted to but I find I simply don't get any time to do this any nice quick bakes anyone can suggest

Gingerbreads are quick, just need to make the mixture and u can cut them and bake them and decorate them or not. Biscuits are the same...easy or u can make cupcakes with apple and cinnamon that will be the fastest.
I only do the biscuits and I dreamed a cake and maybe will make it for New Year Eve, because have lot of sweets for Christmas already
