Best Moisturiser and Hand Cream?

I was just wondering what others have used and recommend? I really like the Cetaphil hand cream and Clarins moisturiser that I got sent to try but Clarins is a bit out of my price range to be honest! 
Is there anything just as good but cheaper?

this is good for babies, but great for grown ups too, and it's not expensive. If you look around instore and in the supermarkets, they sometimes have it on offer at about £3
My daughter used their products in the past and they were brilliant. I've never used the moisturiser before though, good idea
