Best Place to Buy Coconuts ?

Other

I’ve been told that coconut is a good alternative treat for my dogs specially as 1 of them is diabetic. All 3 dogs currently have a small amount of 100% natural organic coconut oil mixed in with their food but I’d like to try them with actual coconut. I haven’t seen them in any local grocery shops. Any suggestions please ?

I am sure there would be some health shop on line that might do coconut.. Just looked on Amazon for you they do a 500g bag of raw coconut. Hope this has helped you out. 🐶🐶

Coconut oil in small doses is good for there general health and skin and coat. You have to be careful not to give them too much as it is highly fattening. I buy mine in small jars from b and m. It’s worked wonders for my poor old diabetic dog. It’s not cured her by any means but she’s certainly not seeing all the time and seems generally healthier. If you google coconut oil for dogs you’ll find better answers than I can give. Just please be careful not to give too much as it can make them put on weight. I really do recommend using it though.

fresh coconuts are normally a good price when it's sold at little markets shops or big markets..

Most Indian shops sell fresh ones

the big Indian supermarkets I know that will sell fresh stuff is vb&sons or quality

Also African or Caribbean shops will sometimes sell the fresh ones, but I only know small ones, all have different n

ames and not all have little market look in forth selling fresh African food.

So not all will sell coconuts

I normally go to the small Indian markets that sell African and Indian, English fresh food and vegetables and fruits

That's where I get coconuts and African food if am in the mood to eat African food like cassava, sweet potatoes

At shopping markets it's quite expensive but if you have no choice they are sold in most markets, Asda, Tesco,

Morrisons, Lidl, Aldi.

I have never seen coconuts at Iceland so don't bother going there...
