Was in Fortnum and Mason today, and as busy as it was, they definitely know how to present a good festive Xmas vibe
Harrods isn’t bad either...although nothing is of good value in there, unless you want to get souvenirs with the branded logo on it
what shops do you like to visit during the festive season?
I like Harrods and Fortnum & Mason at Christmas. Indoor markets also often create a nice festive vibe. But these places also tend to be ridiculously busy. So if your able, it's better to visit during the week at opening time. I haven't been this year, but Princes Square on Buchanan Street in Glasgow, is usually a nice place to go in December.

I like our local pannier market which is mainly local crafts. Enjoy the Christmas markets as well but rarely buy much more than mulled wine ... perfect for sipping as you browse! They both have a lovely atmosphere for getting into the Christmas spirit.
ah yes, the Xmas smells are incredible, really gets you into the merry spirit
