Best Sunburn Remedies?

I know a fair few people who swear by putting natural yogurt on themselves after they’ve been in the sun too long.

Organic pure aloe vera gels!

Whilst on holiday a Spanish woman came to my brother's rescue. She took a large steak tomato which had been refrigerated and cut it in half before applying it to his skin. It helped his sunburn a lot.

Avoiding the sun completely is mine

Aloe Vera is meant to be really good, or plenty of aftersun. Drink plenty of water and try best to keep cool with shower and damp cloths.

Aftersun and keep covered until healed.

Using plenty of suncream to begin with is the best sunburn remedy. But aloe Vera gel is fantastic for sunburn.

Neat lavinder works wonders.

Greek yoghurt is the best remedy, smells really awful when it warms up but is worth the trouble

put your after sun in the fridge, I always apply milk on a bit of cotton wool

I learned my lesson a couple of years ago when I burned my legs and they blistered, sunscreen, suncreen, sunscreen lol
