Which Supermarket do you think does the best Meal Deal?
I love going to Morrisons for a treat because I can pick exactly what I want from the Salad Bar.
As i read this in chats i was sure to come on and say tesco wrap, crisps and drink but after reading your last paragraph i am stuck love a morrisons salad! So between both for me
I noticed today that Sainsbury's (at least my local store) have started to include single ice creams in their Meal Deal offer. I got a Magnum Double Gold Caramel Billionaire - normally £2.20.
Always a blt prawn cocktail crisp and the biggest can of red bull never drink that give it to the other half
I never buy meal deals as I find that they are either quite expensive or they don't have the type of sandwich, Wrap, baguette or pasta that I like.
I don't think I've bought a meal deal in my life. I have bought the big meal deals i.e. where you get 3 or 4 large items for a meal at home but not actually bought a meal deal just as a quick convenient lunch time meal when at work. However the Morrison's salad bar does look interesting. I've bought left over salad bar stuff in large pots when reduced.
I wish we had a Morrisons a salad bar sound's great. All other supermarkets are much the same
I usual have a Boots meal deal as it's close to where I work and good value for money. Normally a triple sandwich, a pot of fruit and a drink £3.60, only issue I have is they don't vary their range, be the same sandwiches for almost 2 years now.
Boots and Morrisons is probably best for variety. Morrisons includes the medium salad bar tray. Sainsbury's is better now since they included Costa Express, fresh orange, hot food and bakery products.
Morrisons for the baguette. I always get big red bull, baguette and the crisps always vary depending how I feel
The Waitrose meal deal is a bit more but they do sushi in the deal and you get quite a lot. This comes with a snack and drink plus you can get your free hot drink while you are in there.
