Do you like a biscuit dunked in your cup of tea?
Theres a historian that says Brits eat more biscuits than any other nation but health experts say it increases your risk of diabetes and heart disease.
I cannot have a cup of tea or coffee without a few biscuits, diabetes or heart disease....bring it on, we are all dying since the day we were born. Bring on the biscuits as isint everything not good for us in one way or another....oooh l feel a song coming on
Cadbury's Fingers is my favourite biscuit and also to be dunked into my sugar free tea. I have stocked up on over 30 packs of fingers currently selling at £1.25 each in Tesco Express stores in my area (Expiry dates 9 September).
My top 2 biscuits would be Cadbbury Fingers and Jaffa Cakes, love a few biscuits with my cuppa.
Having fallen asleep after my very late Dinner when I'm finished work at 10pm & having no drink since 9pm last night I'm going to treat myself to a small cup of Coffee & a Happy Face Biscuit!!
Oh yes, lived on sandwiches and biscuits most of life, but I am awful, can't stop once I start on biccys!
I love biscuits and I definitely dunk and some times for to long and it all drops in to the bottom of the mug
I love Rich Teas, but I don't often drink hot drinks and I don't really buy biscuits, so it isn't from our house. Although my partner is partial to a Custard Cream.
Biscuits are full of sugar or the low fat, low sugar ones often have something else that isn't good for you. Anything like that would likely increase diabetes and heart disease. People also snack on biscuits and they have more calories than many people realise, so it would probably encourage weight gain and it is known that those that are larger are generally more prone to type 2 diabetes and it would put more strain on your heart. You could say that about anything, not just biscuits.
Everyone I know seems to have lots of medical conditions including myself. It isn't always about diet and exercise but yes it can help, but also enjoy yourself to a point, what is the point of a fully restricted life completely unhappy? I'd rather people enjoy themselves, be happy and to a point healthy of course.
I loved them as a kid, but as an adult I rarely have them, chocolate digestives where my favourite
I love a good biscuit and a dunk but the problem is, once I open the packet it doesn’t last long so I tend not to buy. A six pack of Penguins or similar maybe, but they still only last a day or two.
