An interesting read but definitely not for me! I wouldn't last a day without something to eat I love my food too much!
lol it's not for me either - one of the joys of living is getting to eat food, and as much of it as possible 
B*llocks. Theres too many eating disorders out there ( othorexia, bullimia, anorexia...) to be encouraging yet another. Why can‘t people just accept their own human needs? It’s bloody daft!
