Are You Buying a Mother's Day Card?
Ask a Question
Will you be buying a Mother's Day Card this year?
I know people are buying cards less and less now. If I have the time, I like to paint one but I've gone for The Card Factory this year.
Personally I think cards are a waste of money but my mum doesn’t, so yes i will be getting her one and some gifts. It’s the least she deserves
I've already bought the mothers day cards. I didn't spend lots of money on them but my mother and mother in law will appreciate them.
SamGoodship I usually get them from Asda, they do ones that are 25p or 50p. I usually get those ones. They both appreciate a card but wouldn't want loads spent on one
I have purchased a card for my mum. I usually use the card factory but this year purchased from a card shop we have in town, not sure what is called but have a much better selection than card factory.
I've always bought my mum a mother's day card. Even though she passed away two years ago, I still put one on her grave.
I always purchase a card. I personally prefer whatever the occasion to receive a card rather than a gift, as I feel that person has had to make the effort to pick out the right card, I wish this Christmas that it would be cards only in terms of giving to me, I prefer giving rather than receiving.
Sadly, I have no Mummy to buy for. These days if u subscribe to emails from online apps, they have become very sensitive to their customers feelings and emotions. Most send emails ahead of the likes of Mothers Day, asking if you wanna opt out of notifications and offers for it. As some people get upset around this kind of time.
I buy one for my mum, and my son gets one for me. Prefer a card over a present as usually it’ll be chocolate that my son likes lol
