Struggling to Cancel My Free Sky Cinema Trial - Any Advice?

I need to cancel it but all phones are shut. I have tried on the app but can not find it. Any help really appreciated.
It's been awhile since I've done that but online said there are a few options.
Some say you should have received an email that asks if you'd like to continue or cancel.
Someone suggested to sign in via the app, log in, go to offers, remove the cinema it should update.
Others say you need to cancel with 31 days notice or you may be tied into a contract, it all depends on the terms you signed up to.
But you should be able to chat with them tomorrow with their online chat if you don't want to call them.

Before signing up to a trial it is always good to make sure you know how to cancel and what you are agreeing to. A lot of companies try to make you phone so they can keep offering you different deals and get you to stay. I often set myself a reminder to make sure I cancel earlier than needed (depending on if it allows me to keep using the service until it finishes) just incase I can't get through or something happens etc.

DeBunny I was told to expect an email from them. I have checked my emails and spam but nothing. I will get my husband to call them today. Thanks for your help.
If now tv your talking about then sign in on Google not the app then settings button. If not ask Google
Jackscot My husband did call them up and it is all sorted. But when the sky engineer fitted it all he had mis-informed us. He told me I would get an email to cancel it, this never happened. We now have sky cinema for another month, which we didn’t really want. I am going to watch a movie a day to get my moneys worth!
Phone sky themselves say you want to cancel it they will probably offer you a deal to keep it if you wanted to
