Cash Back Apps for online shopping
Money Saving
What's the best cashback apps for online orders eg for amazon etc. Can you redeem the cash back straight away or do you have to wait till you reach a certain amount?
I never tried any cashback app may be because I am old school but I cant trust of these type of apps.
I use Quidco and Topcashback. Recently I have used Topcashback more as the offers on things I want have been better but I like to check both.
Janhrrs I use both too, but I can find them pretty hit and miss. Sometimes cashback is declined for no reason and there's not a lot you can do.
Don't get me wrong, it's definitely worth doing because something is better than nothing if successful, but if you're buying insurance etc, make sure that you get a quote from the insurers website first, then go through the cashback site. You will then know whether the price via the cashback link has been inflated.
I've earned £2K+ through them over the years.
On this topic, what do you think of the idea that Latest Deals creates a points-based cashback service?
Imagine you're on the web, doing some shopping, and any website you shop at you get LD points ... which of course currently add up to Amazon vouchers.
You wouldn't be able to do it as well as normal cashback - that unfortunately couldn't work. But it'd be more immediate, work on more sites, and be like the Nectar card of the web.
And you wouldn't need to go back and forth to the cashback site (too much faff!). It could be a simple Chrome extension, for example, that you click and poof! points enabled
Just an idea I've been brewing for a couple of years...
I also really like the idea At the moment Swagbucks works like that with a chrome extension and accumulate the swag point to redeem for a gift card.
This would be really useful, especially if you see something on this site that you want to buy. Sounds good
