Trying to get a gift card earned through the app but it’s asking for a security code via an email I haven’t received. I’ve used the chat bot but just goes in circles asking for the same information I have already provided. Says I have to wait 2 business days for any response. Anyone else had this who uses it?
Never had any issues with receiving the code, although I thought I got mine via text message.
I may have that wrong though.
It is quite the faff trying to get a voucher though, they need to simplify it.
I always get the security code via text. If it doesn’t come thru straight away then turning my phone off then back on normally works. Hope you get it sorted.
