Christmas Jumpers for Children

Ask a Question

Do you buy your children Christmas jumpers? I often don't as they grow out of them quickly and only wear a couple of times. Then I end up feeling mean when others have them

Not usually, but if they go to a Xmas themed party, I may have to get them. You can find cheap ones in charity shops or buy them cheap off season

Not always. If they have something like Xmas jumper day at school or party etc then yeah but won’t go out the way to buy them

Our son has them because his Granny buys them for him. He has a few second hand ones that I've gotten in clothing bundles but I don't go out of my way to buy them.

Imnotcheap sorry to hear she isn't around anymore. His Granny bought him a hot wheels one this year because he loves cars. He wants to wear it all the time.

Imnotcheap yeah, I must admit I never wanted to do the whole Christmas jumper thing for him but his Granny bought him one for his first Christmas so that was that.

Imnotcheap our sons school doesn't do one. They can wear a Christmas jumper on the day they have their Christmas dinner if they want to but they don't do a day at his school. My school are having 2 this year. One for the local food bank and one for the local mission Christmas. I will happily take stuff in to donate but won't be wearing a jumper.

LL81 it appears that it's easier to find small sizes reduced my sons are 8 and 10. Maybe I'll have more luck this year
