Do You Get Caught out When the Clocks Change ?
Ask a Question
When the clocks go forward this year - British Summer Time's official start date www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/clocks-go-forward-british-summer-32394100
I’m so greatful that my phone changes the time automatically otherwise I’m sure I’d forget . Do you get caught out ??
No I have a calendar and diary to remind me but most of all I can’t wait for summer so I’ll look for it anyway.
Thankfully I don't caught out. Most clocks these days update for you automatically. Which is a bonus
Not these days but I did once put the clocks back an hour when they should've gone forward and turned up two hours early for church!Someone took my brains out and replaced em for sawdust long ago lol.
I wonder if there is ever a problem with car park clocks on the ticket machines ?
Imagine if some failed to adjust the hour , the chaos it would cause concerning fines for possibly overstaying , depending on going forward or backwards , you might get an extra hour
When the clocks change- now that i no longer work i struggle to remember the day of the week lol.
I always get caught out in the kitchen as I tend to start cooking in the evening by looking at the kitchen clock.I can’t safely reach the clock and I have to wait for my husband to change it and he sometimes forgets! The cooker clock is never right due to power cuts where we live.Must get round to changing it.
I do remember about clocks changing overnight but do forget when I wake up at first.
And then change if not changed automatically
I have never been caught out home but was on a cruise last year and the clocks kept changing. So many people missed breakfast. The captain should have put it over the tannoy. Instead it was written in tiny writing in the daily magazine.
I have been caught out a couple of times - but usually am ok. Spend so much time on computer its a lot lesslikely these days
I never forget. A significant day to look out for ....more light in the evening. Should also leave them forward and not put them back in October.

No, because it is always changes on a Sunday morning. I just wake up as usual and use the TV to remind me to change the clocks and oven timer.
