Coffee Alternatives That Can Give a Kick without Side Effects
Ask a Question
I am not a prolific coffee drinker, i much prefer a mug of tea , white in my case which i take for its health benefits
But this article does give some alternatives that will boost your energy without the side effects of coffee which can be things like anxiety, insomnia, or upset stomach in some cases
Some alternatives i have heard of, such as Matcha and Guarana, but Yerba maté is a first and i am not sure i would want to try Mushroom Coffee , but i won't knock it without trying it first
What are your alternatives ?

Why they were wrapped in yellow cellophane is a mystery, maybe to help stop the bottle breaking if knocked against something hard ?

I love mushrooms so will have to look into mushroom coffee. However I never get an energy boost from coffee. It does make me anxious if I drink too much though
Imnotcheap I also like mushrooms I , mainly with a fry up though and not as a drink
But i will be trying this out of curiosity

telmel I love mushrooms mainly roasted with garlic and chilli.
Let me know if you find some cheap I looked and some are way too expensive just to try
Imnotcheap Heres an interesting article on mushroom coffee I
I didn't realise it is ground mushroom , medicinal, mixed with coffee beans
It does say there have not been any clinical trials though
Interestingly it says they drank mushroom coffee in Finland during the war due to a shortage of coffee beans
Oh and we can expect to pay double the price of normal coffee beans due to the expensive process it goes through
