Community Fibre's Throttling My Internet

When I use the internet by itself, no VPN or anything it feels really slow, but as soon as I use a VPN it becomes surprisingly fast again.
I have apps I thought they were outdated and needed an update (it took ages tobload up), though it turns out it's CF slowing the internet.

Weird that a VPN is faster but looking online this is perfectly normal as it makes it more difficult for your ISP to throttle your connection.
