With getting freebies and bargains, sometimes we have to deal with couriers.
what I do with for work I also have to deal with couriers.
I have had nothing but trouble with Hermes in my area and have now missed out on 2 parcel today. (Not angry honest ha ha)
Anyone else have trouble with certain couriers in their area?
I am lucky with couriers in out area. But sometimes when they have new drivers, they miss deliver and give our packages to someone else. They only get pay if they can deliver, that is the biggest issue. The best way is to reschedule the delivery and wait for them at home.
You can not re deliver with Hermes
they do not leave cards and when you go online you still can’t
I have done live chat with them and even they won’t redelivery on a specific day
I was at home right next to my front door with attempted delivery made, not.
You are are very lucky to have good couriers

I've never had any problems with Hermes at all.
Yodel however, at least half of anything they deliver (or pretend to deliver) leads to an issue
Yodel on two occasions have tried my door which I find very invasive, the other day a parcel from Hermes both internal/external packaging were both waterlogged
