Would You like This Daily Points Widget?
Latest Deals
Update - this feature is now live and is part of your Points dashboard.
Hey Deal Hunters!
Would you like this Daily Points widget in the sidebar?
The intention is to highlight key daily activities that can earn points, and how you have progressed.
Potentially, we could bring a daily check-in bonus too (like we already have on the Latest Deals broadcasts).
Any other ideas or things that would be helpful like this?
Just an idea at the moment, would be great to get any feedback?

Can't see why it's needed, just click on points and you can see what you've done that day and you don't have to be a member for long to know what and how many points you can get. But hey you guys know better than me
I think that it is a great idea. Definitely something that I would use. I like how clear and concise it is too.
MrsCraig I totally agree with you but if others don’t want it, i am sure there will be a way to avoid it.
Looks good i would like to view something like this you can see how you have been preforming during the day.
I think it’s fine good for (Exclude LD hunter’s)Few on site just for point’s they post around 22 deal’s vouchers, freebies, competitions everyday ,Commenting alsoI don’t bothered checking point’s still have vouchers to spend
Queenofdeals786 Posting lots of deals etc keeps the site going. I am sure you know that you only get points for first 3 deals you post each day so those who post more are being quite nice to do so. Same with comps, though 5 comments are allowed.
Lynibis Aww I know some user’s helping LD ,also for 10 post’s including DVCF total good points they getting every day also I mentioned Comments those write in other user’s especially there friends deals also getting over 5 likes 20 points for each comments too and LD give’s 20points for each comment on top recently they start giving points for those comments will get 5 like’s that happening Now that’s the reason I said good for them.take care
Definitely. I would certainly like to see a widget like this on my home page. Change is good and upgrading the way the site looks and works keeps users interested in my opinion.
I think the way you have it at the moment is fine, but if you implemented it and it benefits others then that is fine also
I tend to just click on the points icon to see this info but if users are happy to try something new then give it a go .
It's just a gimmick, I don't really see that it's needed, if you don't remember what you have posted that day, then you should cut down on the wine you had the night before, or just check your points, it's not difficult
I think any change just means you are moving forward and not being complacent about what you already have. Its also good for my old brain cells to be challenged to learning something new.
I like the idea of having that sidebar. Its almost encouraging us to help more. Which i think we should considering the amount of work you all put in !
Not strictly needed but this will add visibility if located in the sidebar which could be useful for some.
Thank you for your feedback everyone. Some really good points and interesting points of view that we'll take into consideration. We haven't decided yet yay or nay, so please keep any more feedback coming.
