Mostly people are in their homes do what they wish.But this idea seems useful!

lucky77777 I suppose they will have cameras on .Not much different to Chinese weather balloons but probably a little less obvious.

I suppose it's less suspicious than a balloon for spying. I would hope they check how the bird died first though, considering the bird flu epidemic at the moment.
