What is a Deal?

Other

By definition, a deal is cheaper than retail price. However, this doesn't always remain true to the point because if a product is severely lacking then it might not be worth the lower price either, though some people think "It's cheaper than the RRP so it's a good price! Don't question it or I'll mute you!!" and those type of folks are generally very defensive and aggressive in how they think what constitutes a deal.

For example, it can be used the video game Fallout 76 and Sony's PlayStation Classic console which both had mixed reception, mostly negative because it's products with a ton of flaws but some try to pass it off as long as "cheaper than RRP!".

At this point, then you might as well pay the full price since you'd be getting conned either way. But I digress, I just find it silly people overreact, that's all.

There are often comps that appear to be more of a deal where you have to spend money to enter or subscribe. Personally i think a competition should be totally free.

Freebies that cost money on P&P should be posted as Deals.
