Nowadays I am feeling dehydration due to the lack of water so anyone suggest to get the resolution
If I feel dehydrated I drink water if there is no water I'll drink virtually any potable liquid - although I don't often feel dehydrated (thirsty maybe) I usually drink something before I get dehydrated.
Prevention is probably better than cure.
If you feel dehydrated due to a lack of water then I would advise drinking some water. If you are feeling dehydrated when you regularly drink water then you need to see a doctor as this may be a symptom of something they could help you with.
Hi, maybe try dehydration salts, ie dioralyte but shop own bands are cheaper, as it may be them your lacking. But see a doctor if it doesn't help.
Plenty of water! Cucumbers are a very good for you too as they store a lot of water inside of them. Maybe eating one a week? It won't make up for the lack of water but it is very good for you inside and out x
