Discontinued Chocolate Bars

Ask a Question

Alot of chocolate bars have disappeared over the years and today I bought the chocolate skinny whips from bm and they taste just like milky lunch.

What bar of chocolate do you miss that should be bought back I used to love a Mars delight and a flake snow and golden cups.

I used to love nux bars as a kid they are on the left roughly in the middle. This is a 60s jigsaw but there are also 40s and 50s too.

I wasn't around during the 60s, but my mother was and she frequently tells me about this Milk Tray chocolate bar she used to love. An actual chocolate bar. It sounds lovely. 😋

RegularComper90 oh yes, I remember it well . It was like all the different chocs in a box of milk tray melded together in a rectangular bar, you just snapped off each one in turn. It was a bit more expensive but I was given one on birthdays etc.

I used to buy the Freddo bars with my pocket money after school. And sometimes a Taz. Back when they only cost me 10 pence each.

LordUnbox It's a small chocolate bar shaped like Taz and has a caramel filling. Very nice too. 😋

Cadbury's Dream = heaven. 😋

Cadbury's have not too long ago launched a white chocolate bar. I yet to try it, but I imagine it won't be the same.

Ann1984 I think it's worth paying that much if it means getting hold of my beloved Dream again. 😆 😋

And Turkey Twizzlers are coming back too!

Thank you for the link!

Not a chocolate as such but I would often spend a Friday night at my grandmas as a youngster. I was usually given a packet of Toffos after tea.

I loved the assorted ones because the banana flavour were my fav.

Was gutted when they removed Drifter bar from the shelves

Huge fan of Toffo myself. When I used to go to the cinema I'd go to a nearby shop and buy a couple of long toffo's and scoff them while watching the movie. I only liked the standard toffo's though.

Glitterandgold I think I've seen Toffo's occasionally, I don't know if they are imported from somewhere where they are still sold or just made in small numbers but I have seen them occasionally.

I really liked the Echo bars! I remember they had a few flavours - mint, orange and vanilla I think - I’d love it if they made a comeback!
