Do You Stick to One Signature Scent or Switch it Up with Perfumes/Aftershaves?
Ask a Question
Many years ago I used to love Opium ( the perfume lol ) . But then I changed and have used lots of different ones over the years . I have now not used opium for years now and try to buy a different one if I like the mell.
Has anyone else done the same or have they kept to the same one?
I try different ones but one of my favourites is diesel of all types, they all smell good
I like to keep the same because smells spark memories.
But I do swap and change it up a fair bit, especially if someone is giving some away (I've picked some up on Olio before, use samples and I've had people pass on those that don't want or use)
We often get used to a certain smell and we can't enjoy it ourselves if we keep to the same all the time, plus we won't know if it is too overpowering for other people either if our nose gets use to it.
I do tend to stick to a more light floral and light fruit fragrances though, but I ADORE sandalwood.
I did always stick to one until they discontinued it so now no I don’t have a “signature” scent
I use lots of different ones. I very rarely buy perfume for myself, I tend to get it gifted to me so use whatever perfume someone has bought me. I have a perfume that is my favourite but haven't worn it for years.
I have used and still do Channel No5, however somebody walked pass me the other day and they smelt gorgeous, so l had to ask and they said it was YSL Libre?, now l shall try and see if it smells the same on me
I try different perfumes but I'll always go back to 3 different ones. Cinema, Alien and White Linen
