Does Anyone Use Apps That Give You Rewards for Walking?

Money Saving

I've seen a few apps that count your steps/distance walked and give you coins that build up to rewards

I know there are a few of these out there like Sweatcoin and LifeCoin, just wondering if anyone has any experience using these and what they're like?

I used sweatcoin for a short while before getting bored and deleting it. It just wasn’t worth the battery usage as it would of taken something silly like just under 2 years to get a decent reward

That's what I thought I remembered someone saying, that it takes a long time to build rewards and even then they're not brilliant. Thank you for your response!

I use sweatcoin but honestly don’t find the rewards are worth it, it’s always 50% off discount code and if you look around on the internet you could probably find that code anyway lol.

Ah yeah that seems a bit pointless, I wasn't sure what the rewards were exactly but if it's things like this I probably wont bother, thank you for your response!

I'm really surprised, seriously? Someone gives you money for walking and doing exercise that you are supposed to do in your life anyway? Let me at it, where do I sign up? This is a synch, I can walk for England.

Seems really good doesn't it? I think it sounds better than what it is by the sounds of it, maybe worth a try though if you do a lot of walking 🙂

Sweatcoin is good for those who walk all day everyday as it will quickly build but if your like me in an office job where your sat at a desk for 8 1/2 hours five days a week there no point.

I'm not sure I'd get the steps in every day or enough to build rewards very quick, thank you for your comment!

I have used Sweatcoin for quite a while and there are always new rewards on there, occasionally something decent but they do tend to be just for a trial of a product or discount code
