Are your kids as clever as Einsteins ?

Ask a Question

There is an documentary available , i have not watched it yet called ' The Man Who Stole Einsteins Brain '

Here is a link to the trailer

That got me thinking , were Einsteins children and descendents as clever as he was ?

To a certain extent yes, according to the article some were genius in various technical fields unfortunately many suffered illness that was to do with their genetics , one of his children died at birth, another was a schizophrenic

I have pasted another link showing a bit more information about this , i found it very interesting, hope you do too

Do you have a genius in your family or know of someone who is one ?

It's like a genetic lottery I guess although I've heard people say diet and lifestyle can be a huge factor too when growing. You do see sometime 2 intelligent parents with a very low intelligence child or two low IQ parents with a clever child. I seem to remember a story where a woman went on to Oxford whose parents were cleaners. Of course I'm assuming they were of lower intelligence because they were cleaners but I think the woman sort of hinted they weren't very high IQ if I remember rightly. I've also seen a picture of a Japanese couple with their son and they were both very short but the son who enjoyed a western diet like burgers was over 6 feet. I guess that would be an example of the effect of diet. In fact I think the Japanese average height is increasing nowadays due to change of diet.

I remember years ago they said the lead in petrol was damaging the health of youngsters and stunting their development both physicaly and mentally and was banned. I wonder if there was any studies down to see if that generation or two were heavily effected by lead.

You sort of wonder if the government couldn't put more effort into improving us as a population. We can all improve our intelligence by fasting and teaching our body to use ketones as fuel more regularly. This is like using high octane fuel in a petrol engine. It ups our IQ a bit as ketones is a higher quality fuel than glucose for the brain.

BonzoBanana I agree about improving us as a population B, looking at what is happening in the world at the moment we seem to be regressing instead of advancing
