Sorry, I can't answer your question, but is fenugreek the new 'in thing' now? It was turmeric for a while.

I think that I'll keep to my snake oil 😉

It looks to be good for people with diabetes and proven to promote hair growth, i hope they mean on the head though 😬

Fenugreek seeds offer remarkable benefits in hair growth and hair health, supported by scientific research and traditional practices. Incorporating fenugreek seeds into your hair care routine may help reduce hair loss, stimulate hair growth, address dandruff, scalp inflammation, and reviving damaged hair.

telmel Its also meant to be good for helping breast milk supply but as with all of these claims, there is limited research and evidence so tread carefully!

Fenugreek tends to be used for boosting breast milk supply although results vary. It is meant to be good for people with diabetes but again not sure how true that is.

I'd never heard of it but just looked it up an found a bit of info:-Fenugreek is native to the Mediterranean, Europe, and Asia. Fenugreek seems to slow sugar absorption in the stomach and stimulate insulin. Both of these effects lower blood sugar in people with diabetes. Fenugreek might also improve levels of testosterone and estrogen, helping to improve interest in sex.
