Foot File for Ticklish Feet

Can someone tell me how you file your feet when you have ticklish feet.
It takes me about 20-25 mins to do it but there has to be a better and easier way.
I used to have ticklish feet as a child that my mum couldnt even put my socks on. I use a scholl electronic foot file which I don’t find ticklish at all.
I love my electric, well it’s battery actually, scholl foot file. It just works without being ticklish.
Keep them well moisturised and you may not have to file as much. I was told off by my chiropodist for filing too much and thinning the skin.
Imnotcheap will look into this but I've tried everything and find it really sensitive on the soles of my feet.

Imnotcheap think you might have meant pumice stone which I've been trying but can't do as my feet are too sensitive and ticklish. Thank anyway 
Thank god I don't need to file my feet, I hate them being touched, bottom of my feet are super sensitive lol
martinlufc5637 I'm exactly the same. I tried to get reflexology done once. The lady gave up as she couldn't touch my feet because I kept jumping and nearly kicked her in the face a few times
MelissaLee1 or maybe it's super sensitive like someone else mentioned. I just find it really difficult to do.
Ricky6981 Sensitive sounds about right.Was it always so?I have a problem with hard skin.I even did a fire walk!No sense .No feeing my dad used to say .You're obviously a more delicate breed than me lol.
MelissaLee1 always been like that. But I've also been super ticklish for as long as I can remember. Around my neck, especially under my chin and parts of my back too.
