Wow you must be strong to use a hand blender, and patient!

I make smoothies quite a lot. Similar to nemosays actually. Spinach or kale to make it green, a banana to make it smooth, and then lots of other bits.

Normally I buy bags of frozen fruit from Aldi or Iceland as I find it cheaper than fresh fruit (and lasts). But I put it into an electric blender.

A while ago I bought this deal for 1KG of Hemp Protein which I put a tablespoon full into each time. Has lasted forever.

Yaay Green Smoothie buddy! Hi-five! ✋

I get my yellow stickers fruits, chop them up and freeze them. Yes frozen summer berries supermarket own makes are cheap and work perfectly!

Although Hemp powder 🤔 I've never tried it. Have added Matcha before.

nemosays I think I am more of a fair-weather smoothie slurper. Partial to red berries or a nice, little tropical number.

Milkshakes are usually separate if you make it at home, because it needs frappe powder> https://www.creamsupplies.co.uk/monin-frappe-mix-vanilla for fruity shakes and syrup with milk shakes, blend them with ice.

Monin syrups are perfect and taste good, the fruity ones made from fruits and there are some sugarfree version....

There is an other frappe for coffee....need to use with coffee shots and milk and ice

If you use this powder the consistency will be right, you can make your drink with almond, coconut, soya milks but it won!t be lactose free if you put the powder in.

Smoothies> high concentrated fruit juice mixed with ice......

pieces of pineapples

mango pieces

passion fruit

instead of squash use water

or better more & more very healthy concentrated juice is great.

or just add alittle water not too much

spinach or green grapes & lettuce with cucumber

or try carrots with fresh ginger pieces,

or reddish with beetroot, red grapes, or raspberries

or black grapes, blackberries, cherries

obviously don't have to be in this order and experiment! mix colours up..

try out all sorts, 1st time I mixed carrots & ginger it was great

you can put as little or as more as you want but I like a lot of ginger in my mine..

it was great and it was summer so I had ice in it the 2nd time I made it.

All you need to do it wash the fruits and vegetables cut them into pieces

add some water and blend or concentrated juice...

I also sometimes mix sour with sweet, plan taste with sour or sweet try mixing stuff...

not always sweet stuff on it's own or sour stuff on it's own...

you will be amazed how much some stuff can taste great together

you can keep it as a smoothie and add ice if you like.

or even make it into a slush

I prefer using small ice cubes to do that... it actually does work very well with big ice cubes

well mine does any way but like I said those small tiny cubes are lot better.
