What is the Funniest Thing Your Pets Have Done?
Ask a Question
I have a Beaglier called James. He is quite mischievious and has achieved to date, stealing chicken from the side board, pizza straight from a held box, numerous items of clothing, tiddling up the fake grass outside our green grocers, ruining the white outfits of 2 girls at the local park with mud, and most recently sitting in my paint pallette. His bum was, 'red and yellow and pink and blue, orange and purple and green' LOL
I have 5 cats and one of them is naughty and daft. He nicks things out of handbags, he steals my glasses if I put them down, will try to drink my cup of tea, races me to the toilet- he has got there a few times before me and ended up in the bowl. He climbs the curtains then cries cos he is stuck. If a visitor comes round and they don’t pay him enough attention he will ‘climb’ up their clothes. If there are birds or cats meowing on the tv I have to turn it off - need i go on lol.
suevernon1968 It's official one of your cats are extra special! tee he he! Better than having a boring one I suppose. What's he/she like on catnip? lol
EmmaWright762 like the characters out of the cartoon whacky races - if you don’t remember that then imagine a toddler on redbull lol
EmmaWright762 i used to have a boxer dog as well- they are known for being a bit loopy. I could write a book on what all the animals got up to when i still had my dog !
EmmaWright762 I’m sat upstairs at home at the moment and the naughty cat has just strolled in happy as you like trying to carry a whole loaf of bread!
suevernon1968 LOL, it's almost as if he knows we've been discussing him and is getting a bit cocky about it LOL
suevernon1968 You so should, they say everyone has at least one book in them. This could be yours
EmmaWright762 ive just cleaned the bath - sprayed the cif stuff on - wipe it down then use the shower head to rinse it. He waited til it had dried a bit and is now sort of running and slipping and sliding round the bath. I then have to wait for silence and go and drape a towel over the side and hold onto it so he can climb out. My mates say oh just leave him there he won’t do it again- but he does- and the kind of yowling/meowing he does is unbearable! X
Our dog used to get her head stuck in crisp packets because she wanted to lick the salt. She also used to sit right next to our son when weaning and wait till we looked away and would steal his food. She also destroyed my mother in laws carpet.
MrsCraig You will have people requesting to borrow the dog to take round to their mother in laws etc lol
EmmaWright762 I could have hired her out! Unfortunately she passed away a few weeks ago. She was the most amazing dog.
My old staffy was hilarious, if I went to cut his nails he'd pretend to be dead, he would flop on the floor and not move lol it was really funny and a good party trick
When our sons were young, they used to have endless fun playing with their footballs with our dog. He loves to chase / tackle & will pass etc. As a result, we can rarely use one of the fields next to us for walks. It is used by a local football club at weekends & often has local lads playing football. We have to avoid it then because our dog has & will steal the ball. Even on a lead he will just bark excessively & act loopy wanting to get involved.
You also cannot leave a cup of tea that he can reach unattended either. It'll be gone when you get back.
Awesome dog you have there but sounds like you may have to get lids for your tea cups. All the very best to you and yours
I have two cats that get up to a lot mischief but today one of my cats had four kittens. How amazing that they know what to do. I forgive her today for all her naughty times.
eyeballkerry OH WOW ~ This is awesome news, how wonderful for you. Have a beautiful day, all of you x
EmmaWright762 Unfortunately or fortunately depending how you look at it I am in Portugal and was on a beach and watched her giving birth only my iPhone. My 23 year daughter was there, so proud of her and the cat.
EmmaWright762 I will try to add some pictures of the kittens, hopefully it works. They were born on Sunday and all four doing well.
