A study has found that sleeping later than 10 pm , 12.00 am for example can increase your risk of developing heart disease
Having worked shiftwork for many years previously myself and not usually getting to sleep even now before 2am most nights i technically shouldnt be alive
But i suppose if you have ongoing health problems sleeping late could be an extra burden on your health
it seems everything is becoming a burden to your health, there's a new thing every other week, what will they come up with next
I know W, i dont believe every news article i post , but do it to show how ridiculous the news can be

wonderingsoul I think we all have our own body clocks , for instance i woke this morning 9.29 am, one minute before i had set the alarm , and i didnt get to sleep until 2.30 am watching neflix
and i feel fine
If you dont have to get up a certain time let nature do the work of the alarm
