Glitter Gravy with Your Christmas Dinner ?

Ask a Question

First we had Sir Cliff Richard’s bizarre gravy recipe where he added soy sauce earlier in the week, now we have glitter gravy

Who in their right mind thinks glitter added to gravy is a good idea ?

If someone gave me this at christmas i would feel physically sick

What is it with celebrities and social media where they feel the need to change a traditional recipe to something completely alien ?

I haven't tasted glitter but i assume it being the edible type it will be sweet, not something i want over my food

They even sell it on amazon though currently unavailable

Would you try this ?

Some people will eat any old crap, it's not for me, the only gravy I like is bisto, I wonder how much it was, it's currently unavailable so no price showing

Isn't there enough stress etc to cook Christmas lunch without the added complication of glitter gravy? Some people are really stuck for something to do and try to reinvent the wheel.... It's a no to glitter on my Christmas dinner from me.

It’s the same as celebrities advertising certain things and assume we’re all gullible to buy it.

Not something I’ve heard of tbh. What I do do with my gravy though is add mint sauce in to prior to pouring over the dinner

xKJG93 I do that every time I don't like normal gravy lol

It’s a cool idea but I don’t think i’d really want it on my Christmas dinner. Even if it tastes exactly the same, it just wouldn’t look right

Why ruin a perfect Christmas dinner to pour glitter gravy on it🤮 I can’t stand anything with glitter on it gets everywhere.

LL81 ..You sound like my partner,he HATES glitter especially thus time of year with the Christmas cards people send, luckily they aren't too bad this year.

Partner hates glitter,my daughter & I were looking at Christmas party/night out dresses in a shop at Meadowhall Shopping Centre.

My daughter turned to me saying, it's lovely but Da would have a fit, don't you remember my dress from years ago,Da wasn't happy as the glitter was all over the back seat of the car when I wore it so I'm not buying anything with glitter on!

I don’t see the need. I prefer my food to look natural, not artificial. It’s unnecessary decoration
