Having Too Many Apps on the Phone

Do you tend to overload your phone with apps? Or are you quite good at keeping them to a minimum?
I tend to try them out and delete them if I know I’m not going to use them, but I know some people with what looks like hundreds of apps!
Are you good at maintaining them?
My phone is full of them - I have to delete, or they will it seems delete themselves but my phone is out of memory now bcause of them and I can't seem to sort it... so annoying.
Ah yes, I believe even if you delete some of them, it doesn’t completely free up the memory. Tried to sort out my mums phone but no matter how many things I deleted, I couldn’t put on anymore apps
I have a bit of a declutter every now and again. If I’m not using them I delete them
Yes I overload and have to delete. The problem is they all seem great at the beginning and a 'must have' but as the weeks go on and my memory and storage is running out I realise I haven't even bothered with them. The 'too good to go' would have been invaluable if my area had more than a couple of options.
On one of my phones I've got an app that hijacks my browser and launches a advert page I just haven't worked out which one it is. Trouble is I'm not one for paying for apps I always try to use the free apps and so there are always adverts.
