Okay I need help! Kids snack ideas that aren't really fresh fruit!
Struggling for easy low calorie or healthy snack ideas please!
For and the kids!
Cashews and/or peanuts.
Pistachios could be too, but they're not exactly cheap (haven't found them for so).
This may sound a little old fashioned, but how about soft boiled eggs and soldiers. I'm not sure if you'll know this so it's buttered toast cut into aproximately 3cm strips so that it can be dunked into the soft runny yolk of the egg.
If you have an Airfryer you could thinly slice a selection of root veg and make them in to crisps.
How about making your owm smoothies and sneak allsorts of healthy fruit and veg in,sweet potato fries and veggies in the air fryer, frozen yoghurt.
Carrot sticks with hummus, cucumber with cream cheese, yoghurts, rice cakes with cream cheese and ham, home made ice lollies, cheese cubes, fruit salad.
You could try giving them some boiled eggs or maybe even try cut up avocados and cherry tomatoes ? Healthy foods lol or even sliced cucumbers
