snoogans888 I can't get the barcode there is nothing on it to redeem I have just started buying gift card from the site let's hope it an ok site have you purchased anything from it

kate1310 that doesn’t sound right. Did you receive an email from TCB giftcards? That should have had a link or something with your E-gift card on it

kate1310 yes I’ve used the site before to purchase ASOS Giftcards and it’s always been fine.

I’ve never purchase Primark giftcards before because it says you need to print it out and I don’t have a printer.

snoogans888 aw will I have to print it I thought you could just show your phone we have a printer my partner could easily do it its doing the same with a sports direct one I need to go spend my other ones next weekend didn't want to try use them at Christmas incase I held the cue up in shops

kate1310 yes you need to print out the barcode - sorry I thought you saw that in the picture I posted, I should have highlighted that bit.

Jam Doughnut is the same and state that all Primark gift cards need to be printed out.

kate1310 read the line above the Primark picture, it says your gift card will be sent in a separate email. Check your junk mail folder.

The email with the ref number is just your order confirmation for the gift card you purchased.
