House Prices Have Gone Mad , £8 Million Pounds for This ??

Ask a Question

Ok it is Chelsea and it has a very large garden, and 6 bedrooms, two were an add on over the garage, but it looks an absolute mess

If you are into 70's style then fine, otherwise it needs a complete refurbish

And if you look out the window from the top landing you are looking out onto council style maisonettes , not an 8 million pound view you could have

If i had the money and i wanted a property for 8 million i would be looking elsewhere, you could buy a mansion for this price with indoor swimming pool, gymnasium and so many extras

But i suppose some fool will part with their money to buy it

What do you think ?

Sounds about standard for jersey. There's a flat going for 2 million. Not worth it. The view is nice but it's right on a main road that's busy permanently pretty much next to the hospital and in the summer the beach has this horrible green sludge thing that smells horrible

telmel even first time buyer homes are a joke. Young people can't really afford to buy over here

If someone has that amount of money then they'll have enough to do a total refurb too I guess and as for the garden! Stupid amount of money. It's absolutely all about location though.

HEDGEHOGS There are so many beautiful places in the UK you can get more value for money H , i have never understood the obsession to have to live in London, but i know some buy property there as an investment and are not worried about the outlook

telmel I blame the "posh" estate agents in London for starting this trend in over pricing London properties.
