I would like to know about the identifications about the soft water so please suggest me some ideas 
to know about it more

Do you have limescale at the bottom of your kettle? If you do then your water is hard. If not then it is soft. Harder the water, the more limescale. Soft water none. Fill a water bottle with a third water and add a few drops of washing liquid. Shake it like crazy. If it is full of bubbles to the top then you have softer water. Harder water will need more soap to form lots of bubbles.
