Jeans or Leggings?
Other
I used to wear jeans and can’t remember when I started to wear leggings and they are so comfortable to wear! But over time they get worn out so easily!
I don’t wear jeans as much now when I go out I wear the comfortable kind of trousers especially when I have to walk a lot cause jeans causes chafing lol
Jeggings for me,so comfortable to wear for work, shopping, out walking along with my Skechers when weather allows..
I do wear Jeans on odd occasion..
janphoenix51 exactly leggings and jeggings so comfortable! I have a few pairs of trousers that I wear too! I like the loose for compared to tight jeans lol
My daughter didn't like jeans, found them restricting so has wore leggings & jeggings for years, like me she does dress up for special occasions..
Jeggings for me but I get the kind that are similar to jeans. So they are the material and thickness of jeans but with the stretch, rather than the thin legging type ones.
MrsCraig ,I have the contour Ponte body shaping Jeggings from Asda, got Olive Green,Plum for every day use dress up or casual.I also have the Blue & Black foe work, retail at £14.
Had these Ponte Jeggings for a few years,on my second pair of blue & my second pair of Black..
janphoenix51 I get mine from Asda too. I have black ones for work too. Managed to get some more jeggings in the Asda sale
MrsCraig I get trousers that are exactly like that too thicker material, comfortable to wear with stretch lol the thin leggings I wear at home when it’s warmer and summer weather though when we had the damn heatwave it wasn’t a good idea to wear lol we’ll all clothes got uncomfortable to wear back then thank goodness last year wasn’t extremely hot
I'm just too old for skinnies and they strangle your ankles anyway.I don't think leggings look good on most people cos hey ho we're an obese nation and they just cling too close. Jeans are a little more forgiving but I haven't worn them for ages either. I like corduroys.
MelissaLee1 yes I agree with you for both! So I wear leggings at home trousers when going out jeans are just heavy when you wear them
kitty88uk Someone told me twenty years ago that I shouldn't wear jeans and I think I took it to heart a little too much.I'd love to lost 5 stone and wear a denim outfit!
MelissaLee1 what’s it to them what you wear?! Honestly damn people and their stupid opinions!!
That sounds nice outfit to wear!
I used to always wear jeans cause i thought joggers maybe looked not as smart. However i now wear joggers more cause it’s become more acceptable
I prefer leggings as they are so comfortable to wear.I buy them in different thicknesses as the thin ones can be a bit chilly in winter.
I'll wear leggins around the house but wear jeggins(jeans material) when i'm out and about, so comfortable.
I only ever wear Jeans, l personally feel that l like the way Jeans are tighter than leggings, leggings are stretchy/roomy so l would gain more weight and at my age that is a no no
I wear both. Clearly not at the same time. I wear Leggings for work and jeans for weekend and when I'm not at work or on a work trip/forest school days in the winter
I wear jeans outside. Leggings inside. But at the moment because it's so cold I'm wearing both leggings and jeans outside to try to keep my legs warm.
Leggings for me now. Where have they been all my life? Especially good quality sports ones - now that they are fleece lined too means you can wear them in winter.
Queenofdeals786 yeah I buy whenever there are sales at both M&S or at Sainbsury’s both great quality!
But cause o wear them a lot they get holes in them fast lol
I prefer jeans there are so many people walking around with black leggings that look awful from behind can see all their underwear or there cellulite put me off wearing them
LauraSmith81427 totally agreed, unless you’re really slim, they aren’t flattering and they just make you look bigger
I’ve always hated leggings right from being a teenager, I don’t like the tight feeling. I’m always wearing jeans when I’m out and about & when I’m at home it’s jogging bottoms or lounge style soft feel trousers as I don’t find jeans that comfortable when just lounging on the sofa
