Kids in Restaurants - Should You Pay More?
Ask a Question
Is it reasonable to charge additional fees for bringing children to restaurants?
A couple in America found themselves paying an extra $50 due to their child's purported misbehaviour.
There should not be an extra charge for kids to dine. I’m sure we’ve all encountered noisy groups in restaurants without children.
There shouldn't be a charge, but I supposes there are different types of restaurants, and in some more expensive up market restaurants you would not pay their high prices and expect to find poorly behaved or disruptive children, disturbing your special occasion.
Wasnt a subject like this bought up a few months ago ? People with kids shouldn’t be charged more. What to an onlooker is a badly behaved child - the parents may be trying to help their child who is on the autistic spectrum not be so nervous of being somewhere new. I have to be honest the behaviour of some adults can leave an awful lot to be desired
