Talking of Christmas, on Saturday we'll be nearer to next Christmas than last.

Must start digging out the tree.

If they are struggling a gift hamper would surely be helpful? Sweets and treats for the kids, wine for adults and Xmas items you can buy ahead like stuffing, yule log, biscuits, crackers etc.

My mad Christmas days are over thank goodness. I hardly buy any presents now and it is so stress free and my bank account looks healthier.

Being really sad, I bought two Christmas gifts on Amazon today. I wasn't even going to look but saw some of the deals on this site and I was tempted by a bargain 😔

But if I can't see family at Christmas this year any savings will be lost paying P&P 😃

beccatavender Postal charges ...yep....I posted two small garden plant roots (no soil attached!)... to family yesterday ...a total of just short of £8 ...ouch! The plants weren't worth that but I wanted to surprise them with items from my garden that they'd wanted and not been able to buy elsewhere.

Fiddle! I didn't even consider Christmas! I was hoping there'd be a reduction in Prime membership cos a couple of years I've got it for £59 instead of £79 and have been really chuffed!

beccatavender yep I agree and last year once my membership expired i sort of 'limped through' by taking a free trial but I still had to wait a few months for the next Prime Days...in then end I ended up paying full whack which is a lot even tho I suppose I do get my money's worth and I also order for family.
