Lack of Sleep

Ask a Question

How do you survive without sleeping? The maximum I do is 3 hours a day and I drink 2 coffees however I think it is going to be bad in a long term...I have a toddler who doesn't sleep.

Try and grab little naps whenever you can. It's not a solution, but they will help you feel a bit less exhausted.

My son is up every hour overnight recently, so I don't think I even get 3 hours. As soon as he is asleep I go to bed so that I can get some sleep, if they still nap then nap when they do. Otherwise you are just going to have to get used to being tired, I know I have.

Unfortunately you will learn to cope with sleep deprivation. If you’re lucky enough to sit quietly at some point just sit and close your eyes. You won’t necessarily fall asleep but occasionally you will have a power nap.

I drink coffee to function throughout the day when I am tired. The only other way I manage to keep energised when I have lack of sleep is to take healthy vitamins
