What do you intend on using the laptop for?

Late response, but something as small as 256GB is perfectly fine.

480GB ~ 1TB+ is more ideal if you game and download a lot.

Although you may think you don't need it, try and go for as big a drive as you can afford.

All depends on how uch memory you need for saving files, movies, music tracks, spreadhseets etc

I have an LG Gram that I picked up in a sale. Would never be able to afford it full price but discounted and with a projected use over 5 years it will pay for itself and remain competitive for all that time and perhaps more.

If I was oging to get a budgeted brand I would go for Lenovo (used to be IBM laptops and were bought by Chinese). Buy through their website when they have sal eon and you will not go far wrong.

If you only going to surf the interent then grab a cheap Chromebook.
