Help us out!
We’ve done a lot of testing amongst the LD team but undoubtedly there are still some pesky bugs remaining! There’s an option in app for you to “Report a bug” - it’ll send an email directly to me and I’ll try and get it sorted as quickly as I can. Please include loads of detail (even if you think it isn’t relevant) the more information, screenshots, videos, etc the easier it’ll be for me to exterminate the bug

Hey MISSTICKLE723 May be worth double checking your app store location settings? Sometimes they get changed to take advantage of other countries' deals etc!
I deleted photos (mario kart screenshots) to get this app. That's either dedication or a wake up call I need to stop spamming my daughter with Luigi
Great app! Would be great if like the previous app we could search deals by retailer? Im loyal to my favourites
ltydeman87 hey, it’s our intention to put a “Retailers” page in the sub-menu soon! In the meantime, you can search “Amazon” (from the homepage, not from Chat) and one of the drop down options will be to see deals only from that store, for example.
Morning Don‘t worry - your points are safe! It sounds like you may have accidentally logged in or signed up for another account rather than using the same details you used on the website? Please double check the details you used in the website (eg did you sign in with email or facebook) and use the same method in the app

You don't seem to be able to expire your deal without putting time in it where as on website your able to click a box say this post is no longer available

Im loving the app so far. However when posting deals there doesnt seen to be an option to use voucher code. Also i tried to post a deal for 92p but it would let me put 0.92 as it said it was a negative number. Also is there a shorter option to report post as expired like the website. Thanks.

Kelsey i noticed the issues i reported have now been solved and the app has been running brilliant. However the last 2 days i am unable to comment from the app on a deal or a chat topic. My keyboard just stays at the bottom and i cant see what im writing or click reply. I have take a screen recording but cant post it here. Ive tried closing the app and restarting it but doesnt solve the problem. I have to login on the internet to comment, i have an iphone if it makes any difference.

KirsteyJames Awesome thank you! I believe I've found the bug. I'll try and get the app updated and submitted for approval by Apple as soon as possible. Thank you for this - much appreciated!
Kelsey its working today thanks for sorting that was getting a bot annoying switching between the app and the webpage to comment
KirsteyJames Great to hear! Apple can be a bit slow sometimes to get updates out to everyone so glad it's got to you
Kelsey is there a way to add a photo to your comment in chat on the app. I just tried to add a photo but couldnt so switched to website and then was able to using the icons below to add photo, link etc.
KirsteyJames Hey Unfortunately not at the moment, but we hope to get all the website features into the app eventually!
Kelsey sorry to bother you again if i try to post an amazon deal via the app im getting ‘something went wrong’ i only noticed since yesterday but have posted them via the app before. I can post them via the website no problem.

Kelsey sorry me again. Ive noticed on the app if i try to post a deal/voucher and it says whoops looks like this already been posted i cant click on anything to see what has already been posted by someone else like on the website. Is there an option for this or is it just on thr website only.
KirsteyJames Hey! Absolutely no need to apologise - all the feedback has been super useful! I've added it to the list of things to try and add into the next app update (that is hopefully happening this week or next!)
Not a bug as such but it's a little annoying. On the deals page and it appears to be all of them and the price advertised as £1.70 as an example it shows £1.7 of its 50p it shows as £0.5 so leaving off the last 0
I am trying to use the app but when I try and log in with my details (that I use on the web version with no problem) it says invalid email address?
Philby1 I had similar issues yesterday. I think I just shut down the app and then tried again and it worked. If you’re copying and pasting your details check it’s not added weird spaces.
