LD App - Bonus Check-in Points for 06 Jan 2024

Not sure if this is happening for anyone else, but I don't appear able to claim bonus points via the app today.

The 3 deal round ups from today have been posted but non of these have bonus point available.

Animons there was a technical issue today with the round up not sending so the link only appears once but when resent is not there to claim. Please use the contact us form and email in if you have been affected.

Please email in with your query and if you have, you will have got the auto response email that the office is only manned Monday to Friday and someone will get back to you on the week. Edit - I have also just tagged you in one of your posts and explained your query

sid007 yes I claimed it at 10.48 this morning, so it was In the morning broadcast

I looked yesterday at all the broadcasts a couple of times, but their was no option to claim your points for the day, and today I've lost all my points

Have emailed to notify you of my issue as above but no response - only have 2 days confirmed in Jan when it should be 8.

dawarwick you should have got an automatic response email that the office is only available Monday to Friday. Your query will be dealt with but as you can imagine it will take time after the weekend and with a tech issue so please be patient. Thank you very much 🙂

I only had one round up today but was able to claim on that one ok.

suevernon1968 i had the same. think it's supposed to be random which of the 3 daily round ups actually gives the bonus points.

suevernon1968 as per this post on the saturday, there was a technical issue which meant that for people checking later in the day, none of the 3 available round ups gave bonus points
