At the moment it seems like i have to download an image and then add it for every deal posted. This needs to be far simpler with the ability to just link to an existing photo on the internet. Unless there is a way and i am just being dumb ?
Yup, can't argue with that - good idea. Ideally the image should come automatically but unfortunately that doesn't always work! I'll try and get this added tomorrow

Just put a new version of the site live and, all things going well, you should now be able to either upload images or choose an image URL 
Hey Kelsey , I've just put up an avon deal and the url https://www.avon.uk.com/?exm=Y16:C16:Email:B2C:DUC2 image wasnt what I was looking for as you can see. So I went to upload a pic and its not uploading it. Can I email you the pic I want to upload ?

Looks like you've sorted out an image now (or perhaps Tom has ninja'd in and fixed it?) Usually to get an image URL you can right click the image you want and choose "Copy Image Address".
We're working to improve the experience further on mobiles as appreciate right clicking is rather hard on a mobile phone 
. Hopefully we'll get more accurate at automatically finding and selecting an image soon too

Similar to what Kelsey describes, on my PC, I can right click on an image and then select 'Properties' from the bottom of the list that pops up, which reveals the image URL. I can then copy and paste it. Bingo!
