What's the Best Way to Find Local Competitions?
Other
I received this in an email today and thought there must be members on here who would like to participate. It is too local to be allowed on the competition page. I am always getting comps deleted because they are local events. I am not sure how to tell as there are many local ones accepted, where is the line drawn?
Anyway, if you come across any that are nowhere near to you, or too small and local, maybe you would like to share them for others on this chat?
This is a very cool idea for a competition and a decent prize as well! Wonder how long it will take

This is a battle of Hastings re-enactment weekend though I doubt anyone will be interested except me . Sadly it is too far for me to travel for a day but I wish they would do a documentary about all these events going on around the country. Thoroughly enjoyed the jousting at Hever castle a couple of weeks ago hosted by a comedic Henry VIII.
