How to Resolve Issues With Lloyds Pharmacy?

Has anyone else had trouble getting their orders from Lloyds Pharmacy 
That big clearance sale that is still going on I bought two items back in March (18th) and I received an email update saying Thank you for your order along with order number etc and I checked my bank and was Charged yet no sign of my order I have completed the online form 4 times, Emailed twice and have tried countless times to Ring them but all I get via the phone is your call is important blah blah and kept waiting for more than 10 minutes, even the Automated message says we are receiving a high number of calls try and complete the customer service form online but as I say I have tried countless times yet keep being ignored
I also ordered from that sale but received my order a week later but not before I went to read the reviews on trust pilot.
The reviews were mostly 1 star and yes a lot of people complaining of not receiving orders.
Try posting your issue on their social media platforms that will soon get them responding to you.
Thank you I will check the profile, it’s ridiculous how they can take money and not fulfil orders, I Bought from them Last year and had no problem but now it’s made me think about ordering from them again, I am wondering if they have gone Bankrupt or something because they are completely ignoring phone calls and emails something is obviously wrong
I have seen a lot of people saying they are waiting for orders from March and they are also being ignored when trying to contact them, I wrote on their instagram page, I have looked via Google and seen lots of stories going back to last year and January this year saying Lloyds is Closing and being pulled out of the supermarkets that they are in such as Sainsbury’s, I think it’s disgusting they are still taking orders online
I received my order from Lloyds pharmacy a week after placing my order. I chose a local click and collect and I opened my parcel before I left the shop to make sure everything was inside the package.
It's not the staffs fault. There's rumors the shops are being sold and the people who brought them out aren't interested so if this is true it could be a factor
I didn’t say it was the staff’s fault, The Company has no right advertising sales and taking people’s money knowing full well they may very well close, Have they never heard of going offline or even stop taking people’s money for orders they have no intention of fulfilling, If they have problems stop selling stock online until Further Notice. Thousands of people have bought items that they never received yet they were Charged for how dare they steal Customers Money, The Owner’s of Lloyds should take responsibility for Customers especially when they are going to want those Customers again if they are saved from closure
