Looking for Something Different to Have for Sunday Lunch over Easter Any Ideas?
Ask a Question
Having friends round (I am not a very good cook) but like to do something different for Sunday Lunch any ideas?
Would a bbq (weather depending) or buffet style food be an option? You could even share the costs, so they all bring something to contribute.
Or something fun and easy, make it into an activity? like fajitas or top your own mini pizza?
I'm not sure if you are wanting a 'proper' meal, but I'm unsure of ages, dietary requirements and your preferences so it's a bit hard to go by.
DeBunny thank you so much that would be great and the looks good to! The only problem is we live with a field behind us and it i s normally beautiful but the farmer has been muck speeding today and outside stinks! what can you do!
Oh dear! Yes we are near fields.
I said yesterday just as I was about the leave ‘I hope I don’t smell too much like washing powder.’
My partner said all he could smell is manure. What an insult!
Until I stepped outside I realised
DeBunny it must be muck spreading season funny enough I was pegging my washing out when the farmer came with his muck! So I brought it in and was mad because it was such a nice day here but boy does it smell!
I'll be cooking roast potatoes with baked salmon and loads of seasonal vegetables! Whatever you do, enjoy
I am going to McDonalds with friends and spend between £10-£12 each or less. No washing up or fuel bills. Add a group savers ticket for 4 adults and it will be a bargain eating out.
