That's not quite how it happened but customers were getting bacon in their ice cream at an AI operated Mcdonalds
Not only that but some customers got an overload of chicken nuggets
So they the decided to end the trial at the US restaurant that was trying the new technology out
Maybe they should be calling AI , AU, artificial unintelligence !!
It wasn't all a failure , at least the ice cream machines there were working , despite the added extra, half the time they are out of action here !
By the way someone did trial french toast with bacon ice cream, but deliberately !

I love bacon but not sure if I'd like it on icecream. They pay staff little enough as it is
Not much chance of that happening in our local McDonald's, ice cream machine is always broken
Leave the ice cream alone don’t want bacon with it. As above when you can actually get one, they must lose thousand when Machine not working as only go for ice cream amd kids happy meal which are always cold and don’t get me on the click and collect, I have mobility problems and the amount of time I can’t get a park but not a sole in the cars, to be honest the whole standard has gone down hill and need to up there game if they want to keep there regular customers
I've only used McDonalds about 4 or 5 times in my life. It's all sterile garbage food and you can get much nicer burgers for less elsewhere. I'm actually a little frightened about what they put in their food, it seems like they get someone like Chemical Ali to formulate their products.
This is the issue really with AI, it’s better to have people running this sort of thing anyway really, what would all the people at mcdonalds do for work
It's a pity they don't do ice cream for dogs as I think mine would absolutely love this lol. Honestly, fancy trying to squeeze the amount of people they hire to even less by using AI. This is a pure show of greed on McDonalds part and nothing to do with keeping up with the time. Shame on them.
EmmaWright762 A lot of places do ice cream for dogs, i am very surprised Mcdonalds haven't caught on to this, saying that i doubt they allow dogs in their restaurants , or if the dogs would want to go in 
telmel Italian food outlets allow dogs so long as they are well behaved, it's a cultural thing. McDonald's in Italy also have an amazing desert counter Nom!
