McDonalds Hack on How to Get a Half Price Meal , Have You Tried It ?

Ask a Question

This hack sounds too good to be true, but apparently people are using it to get half price meals through the app

Here's the instructions to get it

Order yourself a small soft drink for £1.19 and make sure you keep hold of your receipt.

On the receipt you see a web address and code, go to the website and enter it

Ignore the feedback request on the experience and DON'T answer the questions

They will then send you a code voucher or a code which will allow you to get a Big Mac and fries or a McPlant and fries for just £1.99 - and it also works for a McChicken Sandwich and fries, a quarter pounder with cheese and fries, a Filet-o-Fish with fries or six McNuggets with fries

You then use the code or voucher to get a drink and burger and fries for £3.18, which is less than half of what it would usually be.

I don't eat at Mcdonalds anymore unless i am on holiday and want a fast snack, but i would love to know if anyone has tried this ?

Or if they will give it a go and let us all know if it works

I am surprised Mcdonalds have not latched onto the hack and blocked it , so if you like their food give it a go while you still can

I remember there being a deal on the back of bus tickets years ago that was similar that a lot of people used.

jms19 Exactly. Also, in The Metro newspapers. It was straight forward just present the bus ticket or cut out the coupon from The Metro newspaper and present it at a till.

jam45 . Yes it was better then as it was a lot easier to cut out the coupons & present them at the till...

I used to save the Metro coupons & my bus tickets & give them to my colleague so he could take his son out to McDonald's as we rarely ate from there...

I’ve been doing this for ages, however I normally answer the questions on feedback. The problem I have is remembering to use it before it runs out.

Haven't been to a McD's in months, but tried Amigos fast food restaurant and liked it overall. It was £10.49 (with tax) and yeah it felt expensive, but wanted to try it.

I picked the beef burger which was juicy though the chicken was probably tastier.
