I don't think anything actually works to be honest I tried everything when I was pregnant it's just one of them things you have to deal with or she could get some anti sickness tablets but I didn't think they worked for me

What about trying the anti sickness wrist bands? I went through a lot of barley sugar sweets, can't remember them working 100% but I liked barley sugar.

Only thing worked for me was lemon sorbet eaten off a metal teaspoon - I have told others as its worked for them too so maybe worth a go?

I found making my own ginger biscuits helped way more than shop bought ones

Has she tried hypnotism? or holistic relaxation? That helped me through chemotherapy sickness.

momhobnob666 With that nickname I am surprised you didn't recommend exorcisms.

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do. I had horrendous morning sickness. I felt sick the whole time, but was never physically sick. I tried loads of different things, nothing worked, I just had to wait until it passed.

The doctor can prescribe tablets for it if it's really bad. My sons girlfriend is pregnant and was really sick from the start, so she was able to get them. Or how about eating plain rich tea biscuits.

I would try acupressure and reflexology. Here are some NHS recommendations: www.nhs.uk/pregnancy/related-conditions/common-symptoms/vomiting-and-morning-sickness/

The best thing that worked for me were fruit gums, sucked to take away the sickly feeling but never actually having to swallow anything solid . It's a horrible few weeks but hopefully will pass
